These terms apply to your use of the Beyond The Basics Hair Salon LLC website and our customer-service text messaging program.
Website and appointment requests
Our website and communication tools help you learn about the salon, ask questions, and request appointments. Submitting a request through chat or text does not reserve an appointment. Your appointment is booked once the salon confirms the date and time. For changes or cancellations, contact the salon directly.
Customer-service text messaging program
If you opt in, Beyond The Basics Hair Salon LLC may send texts about your inquiries and salon appointments. Messages may include responses following missed calls, scheduling assistance, appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling, and customer-service follow-ups after appointments. Some messages may be sent automatically.
This program does not include promotional campaigns or cold marketing messages.
Agreeing to receive texts
To participate, you must provide a number you are authorized to use and affirmatively agree to receive customer-service texts. Depending on the channel offered, you may opt in through a website form or chat widget, an automated voice consent prompt, or a text opt-in process that explains the program and asks for your agreement.
Calling the salon, providing a phone number, or viewing these terms does not by itself enroll you in recurring texts. Consent to text messaging is not required to purchase services or book an appointment. You may contact us by phone instead.
Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies with your inquiries, appointments, and replies. Message and data rates may apply to incoming and outgoing messages under your wireless plan. Contact your wireless provider for questions about those charges.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to the number sending you program messages to unsubscribe at any time. We may send one final opt-out confirmation; subsequent program texts will stop. To participate again, complete the opt-in process again.
Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment. Please contact the salon if you also need to change your booking.

Message delivery and your phone number
Delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not responsible for messages that arrive late or fail to arrive. If a scheduling request is time-sensitive or you have not received confirmation, call the salon.
Please let us know if you change or give up the number used for this program so we can update our records.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information, including mobile information and text messaging consent.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the revised version with an updated effective date. An update does not expand your texting consent. We will obtain additional consent if required before changing the messages you agreed to receive.
